I'm writing to lodge an official complaint on your payment terms.
At checkout, (refer to order: CBDP-305773549-9GV) your site clearly provides that one can pay for goods during pick-up either via mobile money or cash.
However, today at your Kampus Mall station I was told I can only use M-Pesa and not cash.
I had to leave your shop, find an agent to deposit the cash, then make way back to pick up the good. This was an unnecessary inconvenience and a waste of valuable time.
Thus, whatever information provided on your site must have been false advertising.
And why restrict all payments to one mobile money service?
