Kenya Airways: KQ failed to refund me after paying twice for ticket

I would like others to be aware of this incident involving Kenya airways.

I purchased two tickets for a total of Ksh. 26550 and I paid twice since I did not get confirmation the first payment I sent. I immediately notified them and talked to them and in my mind the issue was resolved . They asked for my bank and account number so that they can refund the double payment. From that point , I have been given a run a round with no clear answers. Emails ignored, I am being asked the same question over and over again. 

To date the money has not been refunded despite the promises given two weeks ago.

I sent them . Maybe there is something fishy they need to rectify in the online sales department. We want KQ to make us proud and not known for stealing from customers.

If the refund won’t be done, i will contact my bank and count this as a loss and will report to other customers so they are aware of what goes on. This seemed like a simple thing but I guess some trickery in play. I will warn other customers
