I made a call yesterday at 16.44 hrs to your service agent under phone no 0722 205 327 and was advised to send this email.
I would like to request you NOT to honour the attached invoice issued by The Nairobi Hospital, reason being we were sent there for some tests but the lab technician there by the name of David Wasike was unable to extract a blood sample from a 1yr 3month old baby. This was after a 2 hour traumatizing experience for my daughter who got poked severally without any success at finding a vein. Just so you know this is not malicious, after we got frustrated at Nairobi hospital we took the lab request to Lancet (5th Ngong avenue) where they were able to extract the sample in under 10 minutes. Please do not honour because no tests were done.
I would also like to launch a complaint against The Nairobi Hospital laboratory housed under Upper hill medical centre 1st floor and specifically Mr. David Wasike for putting us through such an ordeal. To make matters worse, once we asked for our lab request back he was insisting we wait for the cashier ( Her name is Linda) who had gone for a stroll more than an hour earlier and still hadn't come back.
