I would like to report the Dolphin Group Kenya in order to protect future consumers.
I am a managing director who flew down from Addis Ababa to Nairobi for a course on "Finance for Non Financial Directors". On arrival and inquiry at the venue where the course was to be held I was informed it was cancelled. I called Diana and she offered an alternative course for Human Resources running at the same time. I indicated this was not acceptable as I did not fly in for an HR course and that I expect a full refund of course costs as well as the flight and accommodation costs incurred to attend the course as I was never notified of the cancellation.
They cannot supply me proof of any cancellation Email sent to me. This was agreed to by Diana. 6 Weeks later I am informed by Daisy that regardless of the agreement with Diana, there will be no refund and I can use the credit for the course for an alternative course that they offer. I have not heard from them for a week now. This is not how I believe any company should treat their customers.
