I would like to complain about the services provided by Telkom. I bought a 4G data line December 2017. Ever since I have had more downtime than service provision.
Several phone calls later and no action later, I am thoroughly frustrated with the whole situation. They book the matter, it never gets resolved and a call back is never effected. The supervisors or team leaders are not willing to come on the phone. The staff on the phone is incompetent – e.g. I was advised to move the router away from me to get faster speeds (which by the way working just fine where it was the day before). Every time I do a speedtest it yields a latency error!
This scam needs to be looked into urgently. I shall be moving to another provider at the end of the month – no hopes of getting a refund. Thank you! Amisha Patel
