Bright Star Resort Diani: Is a "brothel" with a terrible service and refund policy!

You blatantly lied to me on several ocassions that you were sorting out the refund. And I have the call recordings on that.  

Secondly, what you advertised online is a lie. You stole pictures from another properties website and put them as Bright Star resort.

You do not have a swimming pool and also your interior is pathetic to say the least. We have now been informed that we aren't the only ones fleeced by you and I have to report you to Consumer Federation of Kenya(COFEK).

You are a fraud and I will let www.booking.com and have Trip Advisor and AirBNB cancel your subscription. 

These are the real and fake images of your brothel. Because that's what it is . A brothel. No bedsheets, no mosquito nets, no kitchenette, no swimming pool no kids play area. 

I will take legal action as you tool money under false pretence and that is a criminal offence under the laws of Kenya

Reference is made on a reservation made on 29th December 2017 via phone call by one Jacqueline of phone No.+254706***** for Mr. and Mrs. *** family for dates 31st December 2017 and a check out on the 6th January 2018.

The room booked was a 2-bedroom apartment at a rate of KES10,000 per night having a commission of 10%. The agreement on prepayment policy for booking to be reserved, an amount of KES27,000 was received on 29th Dec 2017.

Based on an earlier booking, there are policies that govern the agreement at the time of booking. Our cancellation policies states that: -The guest can cancel the booking free of charge until 60 days before the arrival date.

The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

Prepayment policy states that: The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price anytime.

On the issues involving a refund, our hands are tied as the policies states the terms to be met in such circumstances.
