I worked for from November 2014 to December 2016. The terms of employment were contractual basis.
My last contract expired at the end of June 2016 subsequently I applied for renewal. Five months down the line no new contract was forthcoming. Consequently I left the place on 21st Dec 2016.
I had 11 leave days as at that moment. The challenge now is that the employer has refused to process my pension payment claiming that I should pay for not giving a notice and the last days yet I had no active contract and had leave days more than remaining days.
