I bought a microwave at e-zone, TRM. It was 7800. On reaching home I noticed that the display was ill-fitted and it was scratched on the inside and outside. This purchase was at 7Pm. I couldn’t return the item at that time. I returned it today morning, I bought it yesterday. I asked for an exchange but the dealer claimed it was okay even after trying to reason with them.
The owner told me he would send it to the manufacturer for assessment but I told him I cannot have a new item that is already being taken for servicing. I asked him to exchange it and follow up on the item under his stock since the warranty is filled manually. He refused to reason with me. There is no policy on sale of good from this store yet he tried to invoke it. This is very wrong and it should be dealt with. Such malpractices should be condemned and punished. I would have chosen to lie and go for a change of product of the same price or lower but I used the right way thinking he was reasonable.
